Apply For Central Bank Online Banking Central Bank makes it easier than ever to apply for Online Banking. Read and accept the terms of the disclosures and agreements below. Print, complete, sign and return the Online Banking Application Signature Page to the Bank. Register your User ID and Password by completing our Online Banking Registration form. Central Bank's Online Banking eligibility requirements include: Having a checking account or statement savings account Having a valid E-mail address Having a valid Social Security Number You may have online access to all eligible accounts of which you are an account owner. Eligible accounts include checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit, loan accounts, line of credit accounts, and mortgage loans. Passbook, IRA and Certificate of Deposit accounts can be accessed online as "view-only," and are not eligible for online transfers. Central Bank reserves the right to determine which accounts can be connected to the service. Once you register your Online Banking User ID and Password, and we receive your Online Banking Application Signature Page, we will process your application, and you will receive further instructions via e-mail. The User ID and Password are required for you to log on to Online Banking. To complete the application process and activate your Online Banking services, you must log on at least once within 30 days of applying. All applications are subject to Bank approval.
